  5. Thank you for evaluating CD Tray, version 2.0.  
  6.  
  7. CD Tray is a Shareware product.  Shareware is a computer program distribution/
  8. marketing method that permits potential buyers to try the program prior to 
  9. purchase.  It is NOT free and it is NOT in the Public Domain.  You are given 
  10. the right to use this program for a period of not more than 2 weeks.  If, after 
  11. evaluating the program, you find it to be useful enough to use it on a regular
  12. basis, you are expected to pay for it by registering with JenJen Software.  
  13.  
  14. CD Tray is the sole property of JenJen Software.  This shareware version may
  15. be freely copied and transferred to individual parties for evaluation purposes.
  16. It may be posted on public Bulletin Board systems (BBS) for electronic access 
  17. as long as NO FEE is charged for its distribution except for private BBS 
  18. operations that charge a regular user subscription fee.

  20. This Shareware version of CD Tray may be distributed on diskette or other media 
  21. by Shareware disk distributors/vendors as long as all attendant files are 
  22. included.  Vendors should stress the Shareware concept of payment for the 
  23. program to its author after the program evaluation period.

  25. This evaluation copy of CD Tray is fully functional except for the following:
  26.  
  27.   * The Compact Disc Library is limited to storing 25 compact discs.
  28.   * Compact Disc playing is periodically stopped with a registration reminder.
  29.   * CD Tray automatically stops play when exited.

  31. Registration (payment) is required for the fully functional version of the 
  32. program.

  104.  You may print an order form by selecting the CD Tray Help menu item 
  105.  "Print Order Form".  This will bring up a help screen from which you 
  106.  should choose the proper order form for your locale.  Select the proper
  107.  order form and then from the help system menu, choose File;Print to print 
  108.  the order form.

  110. Upgrading from a previous version of CD Tray:
  111. ---------------------------------------------
  112. Current registered users of a earlier release of CD Tray may upgrade to
  113. version 2.0 of the program by sending JenJen Software $5.00 (US Currency).
  114. This covers Shipping and Handling as well.

  149. CD Tray Shareware LICENSE
  150. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
  151. CD Tray is a Shareware product.  As such, it is made available
  152. to the general computing public for evaluation.  Users are licensed
  153. to operate CD Tray on their personal computers for the purpose of
  154. test and evaluation on a trial basis for a period of no more than
  155. two weeks.  If the user decides the program is not of sufficient
  156. merit to warrant purchase through registration with JenJen Software,
  157. program use should cease and the program files should be deleted from
  158. the computer it is installed upon.  Otherwise, if the program is
  159. deemed useful and is in regular use, registration with JenJen
  160. Software is required.  See the file, REGISTER.TXT for instructions
  161. on registering CD Tray.

  163. Registered users are those users that elect to pay for CD Tray
  164. and register that payment with JenJen Software.  By virtue of
  165. registration and payment for the program, registered users are
  166. granted a license to continue to utilize the program for as
  167. long as they choose.
